All you need is an ID or passport. Reserve online and your eBike will be fully charged just 50 m from the bus station. You’ll receive a QR code—scan it and ride. Our multilingual team (Spanish, English, German) is on hand 9 a.m.–8 p.m. daily to answer questions and swap batteries if needed. Plus, enjoy free Wi-Fi in the shop while you wait.
